Step 2: Organizing the pickup
We arrange a courier to your address and help you choose the right packaging — the device must be securely protected for transport.
Step 3: Diagnosis and repair
Once we receive the hardware we perform a free diagnosis, contact you with an exact quote and wait for your approval. We only start the repair after you agree.
Step 4: Return by courier
We send the repaired device back by courier to your address. The parcel includes the invoice and the warranty card.
