We always put the quality of customer service on a par with an easily accessible service centre. That is why at our first physical location in the Greater Poland region, spanning over 75 m2, we have 4 service workstations, a testing area, a full-size SSI-Schäfer warehouse and a showroom with a wide range of accessories.
Storing spare parts for months or even years is quite a challenge, which is why our MacLife warehouses maintain constant humidity and a temperature below 20°C, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Thanks to these conditions, it is possible to store batteries and other components for devices manufactured as far back as 2006!

Is Poznań too far for you but you are interested in having your Apple devices serviced at our company? That is no problem at all! In addition to our on-site service centre, we provide mail-in repairs in cooperation with leading logistics companies. You can use them throughout the entire country, 7 days a week!
