The Praga point serves the eastern part of Warsaw. It offers diagnostics and basic repairs, and accepts devices for more complex repairs carried out at the head office.

Don't live in Warsaw or Poznań? Use our courier service: we collect the device from anywhere in Poland, repair it and send it back. You can track the entire process online, and we document the equipment with photos before and after the repair.

Which point performs the most difficult repairs?
The head office in Mokotów (ul. Puławska 31) has full technical facilities — this is where we perform data recovery, logic board repairs and liquid damage repairs. The other points accept such devices and forward them to the head office.
Do I have to come in person?
No. If it is not convenient for you, use the courier service — we collect and return equipment anywhere in Poland. Details can be found in the guide "Apple service by courier (PL)".
