At MacLife, we put transparency first. Below we describe exactly how the process of repairing an Apple device works — from first contact to collecting your working device. At every stage you stay in full control: we never start a repair without your approval of the quote.
The repair process step by step
Call (790 130 000), send an e-mail (serwis@maclife.pl) or visit us in person. Describe the problem — we will outline the possible causes and the approximate cost of the repair.
Bring the device to one of our locations or send it by courier. On intake, we draw up a report describing the condition of the device and the reported problem.
Our technicians thoroughly inspect the device, determine the cause and define the scope of the necessary work. Diagnostics are free and non-binding.
We contact you with a detailed quote: the cost of parts and labour, the turnaround time and the warranty period. Without your approval, we do not start the repair.
Once approved, we get to work. We use original or high-quality replacement parts. We keep you informed of progress and of any complications.
After the repair, we test all functions of the device to make sure the problem has been resolved and no new faults have appeared.
You collect your working device together with the invoice and the warranty card. We explain what was repaired and offer tips on using it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay for diagnostics?
No. Diagnostics at MacLife are always free and non-binding. You only pay for the repair that you approve in advance. If you do not accept the quote, we return the device at no charge.
Can I withdraw after receiving the quote?
Yes. We do not start the repair without your approval. If you decide to withdraw after the quote, we return the device free of charge — you incur no diagnostic costs.
How long does a repair take?
Simple repairs (e.g. replacing an iPhone battery or screen) are often completed the same day or within 24 hours. More complex faults (logic boards, liquid-damage repairs, MacBooks) usually take 2–7 business days. We give you the exact timeframe with the quote.
What should I do with my data before the repair?
If possible, make a backup (iCloud, Time Machine), turn off Find My iPhone/Mac and have your device password ready. This makes the repair run more smoothly and keeps your data safe.
